Our database, built over many years, now contains data on many of the quality candidates within our industry sectors. Within the confines of the data protection act, we use our database to track their careers, and this enables us to use it as a first point of reference when working to fulfil our client’s requirements. The database updated daily, as new contacts are made.
Advertising
Our regular advertising in many publications UK wide, makes us a point of reference by job seekers. We are able to service the immediate needs of both client and candidate, whilst constantly adding to our database.
Networking
As much of our work is confidential and un-advertised, we rely on an extensive network of contacts to source some of the most talented and experienced people around. Many of these are not known to be seeking a change of job or career. This is an invaluable tool for providing value to the client.
Executive Search
Using a combination of the above coupled with skilled researching techniques, we often make direct approaches to targeted candidates, on behalf of clients. Usually this service is provided on an exclusive retained basis, however we do sometimes complement existing projects if necessary. We have a strict policy of not approaching staff of existing clients.
